Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog for CLM configurations

Address project risks and remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery

Document and communicate configuration changes and project updates

Required

Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, business, or a related field

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Strong knowledge and usage with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

Excellent analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

10+ years of experience managing CapEx projects in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV)

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
