Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle management to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

Deliver projects exceeding client expectations while adhering to health, safety, quality, and risk management standards.

Secure new contracts through compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations based on market understanding.

Plan, direct, monitor, and deliver water and wastewater treatment projects from concept to commissioning.

Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Required

B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline

10 to 15+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience with Water/Wastewater treatment design, conveyance projects, and municipal consulting. Progressive experience leading/overseeing small to large treatment projects.

Professional Engineer (PE)

Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations.

Attributes that include good oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach.

Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.

Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.

Preferred

Strong network with Tampa-Bay Region municipalities

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related engineering discipline

Experience with alternative delivery projects including CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build
