Responsibilities
Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for natural stone projects, including materials, labor, and transportation.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare competitive bids.
Collaborate with suppliers and fabricators to source high-quality materials at the best cost.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining design integrity and project standards.
Present and justify estimates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Lead project planning, including scope, schedule, and budget development.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from procurement to final installation, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
Monitor and control project budgets, proactively addressing variances to avoid overruns.
Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and industry standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and adjustments.
Manage change orders and document all scope modifications.

Required
5+ years in project management and estimating, preferably in natural stone or construction-related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (required).
Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project).
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with natural stone materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and deliver complex projects successfully.
Advanced analytical skills to identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to clients and coordinating with teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
