Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.

Develop and track project plans via Jira, Confluence, and PMO standards.

Manage deliverables, milestones, and client alignment.

Handle project scope, schedule, and cost changes.

Coordinate internal teams and external consultants.

Communicate with clients, attend meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Track project performance, manage RAID logs, and escalate concerns.

Partner with vendors and executives; travel required.

Required

Experience in project management, preferably in Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, or Chemicals.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Life Sciences, IT, Law, etc.).

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.

Preferred

Project management certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP) and experience with PLM and compliance software are a plus.
