Project / Program Manager - Full Time - Remote (Proposal Management experience is a must)

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project/program execution, ensuring all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
Lead the proposal development process by coordinating requirements, reviewing and submitting proposals, and aligning with client needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
Oversee staff augmentation, negotiate terms, and ensure consultants are placed and retained at client.
Oversee vendor relationships to align resources, manager freelancer/independent consultants, negotiate terms, and ensure that all program elements are effectively supported.
Oversee billing and invoicing, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance and accuracy throughout each program.
Lead and mentor the operations team, facilitating collaboration and ensuring effective resource allocation and performance across programs.

Required
Minimum of 7 years in program or project management, with a focus on client relations, budget management, and cross-functional coordination, preferably within IT consulting, software, or similar fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification or an MBA is a plus.
Proven leadership with experience managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills for managing client and vendor relationships.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Smartsheets).
Financial skills, including budget management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Preferred
Experience with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets).
Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
