Responsibilities
Leads engineering development programs across multiple functions and project teams to ensure successful product or service implementation.
Develops and manages project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and critical deliverables while adjusting plans based on business analysis.
Oversees project teams and internal partners, ensuring alignment with established goals and making necessary adjustments to meet product requirements.
Communicates program progress and issues to stakeholders, collaborating with management to implement changes that enhance processes and resolve challenges.
Drives innovation by integrating new technologies and quality initiatives into the Program Management Office.

Required
Proficient in using project management tools to develop and monitor project outcomes effectively.
Experienced in managing matrixed teams and communicating with stakeholders to achieve business results.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or an Equivalent field
6-10 years of relevant experience
