Responsibilities

Ensure that the correct implementation of planned Quality Audits taking into account all project processes, including Audit Reports

Conduct project external QMS Audits covering offshore vessels, fabrication yards, third-party fabrication yards, vendors, and subcontractors’ sites

Ensure that the correct implementation of the Project OMS is verified through the planning and execution of Project Quality Audits

Plan and support the distribution of Quality Resources to the various areas of the project managing team

Support the project in relations with the client and with authorities responsible for quality matters

Ensure the preparations and issue of QC specifications for the works, coordinating, and agreeing

Promote appropriate actions to prevent or eliminate potential non-conformities and their root causes and ensure the management of Cost of Non-Quality process
