Responsibilities

Manage aspects of engineering production including scheduling, tracking, and resources management

Develop and maintain schedules based on priorities and deadlines through continued monitoring of job status

Update leadership with project status, estimated completion dates, process gaps, and client concerns

Work in tandem with various employees and managers across the project to meet deadlines, support processes and procedures

Review employee capacities and track capabilities alongside output actuals vs expectations

Work with management to coordinate and assess employee workloads, capabilities, and expectations

Required

You have extensive experience tracking and monitoring projects while working with priorities and escalations

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with proven problem-solving ability, self-motivation, leadership, and team building capabilities with the ability to negotiate and motivate others.

Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels: from team members to executive management.

Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet and Google Drive.

Qualify on pre-employment screening

Must pass a drug test

Obtain satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
