Responsibilities
Provide analytical and specialized technical support to department management.
Process invoices as appropriate and track department expenditures.
Lead, coordinate, and complete projects related to operational activities.
Seek solutions proactively and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
Facilitate open and professional communication to achieve mutual understanding.
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Communicate effectively with key contacts to obtain information for strategic initiatives.
Coordinate meetings relevant to project scope and prepare meeting materials.
Manage and complete projects within the department, tracking project progress and maintaining accurate project record files.
Conduct data analysis and create reports using various software to track project benchmarks.
Assist in the preparation, tracking, and projection of annual operating budget and other department activities.
Identify learning needs, seek continuing education opportunities, and offer innovative solutions through performance improvement projects.

Required
Bachelor's degree
Two years experience in related discipline to include one year of project management experience
