Responsibilities
Create project schedules and timelines via Monday.com
Schedule necessary project meetings and serve as a partner to the Associate Project Manager
Record important decisions made in meetings and send follow ups to ensure communication and project accountabilities are met
Prepare progress reports and project dashboards
Create project charters, kick off presentations, progress presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Ensure that team members meet deadlines
Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any project-related inquiries or concerns.
Track and manage project resources, including budgets, tools, and personnel, to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.

Required
Experience in successful communication across an organization
Proven ability to manage up
Demonstrated experience presenting to senior management and execs
Can anticipate blockers and things that will go wrong; have a plan ready; experience unblocking quickly
Resource planning and risk mitigation experience
Process-oriented, but okay with controlled chaos
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to solve practical problems via a logical, analytic approach
Knowledge of electronic equipment, intermediate PC skills, knowledge of internet software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
Familiarity with Google Suite is a must
Computer experience/operation is required
Ability to operate general office equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under dynamic schedule constraints and consistently meet deliverable timelines
