Responsibilities

Provides the project coordination as well as support and assistance in documentation, updating project documents, and communication.
Assists in information collection and supports validations.
Helps prepare status reports and provide real time updates as tasks are executed by multiple teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Must be proficient in MS Teams.
Experience with cross functional project coordination.
Ability to multi task and keep track of open tasks at multiple locations at the same time.
Support project manager with updating project plans including tasks, dates, issues, risks, key decisions, etc.
Identify and support any need for escalation.
Engage the support resources (who will also be on the calls) to triage any issue that come up.
Leverage communication tools such as Basecamp and Microsoft teams to engage technical support and monitor progress.

Required

2-5 years of experience in Technology
Expertise with Microsoft excel, word, SharePoint
Familiarity with POS hardware/peripherals (MSR/pin pads, tablets, scanners, printers, wiring, LAN ports/network switches)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Teams
Experience with cross functional project coordination
