Responsibilities
Project involvement and/or supervision of water planning and design projects, water planning, design and construction engineering services.
Coordination with other engineering and architecture departments within the firm.
Preparation of construction drawings and specifications for public bid.
Relationship building and communication directly with clients in support and coordination of all project activities.
Responsible for the on-time, on budget, high quality client and technical delivery of all project requirements.
Production and scheduling; quality control; standardization; supervision of junior level staff.
Technology implementation; financial performance; cost proposals and project financial performance.
Experience with CBS (Chemical Bulk Storage) and Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS).

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or closely related discipline
7 years of water resources or related consulting and design experience
Strong client relations and technical writing skills
Ability to mentor and supervise junior level staff
Wastewater project design and construction experience a plus
PE highly desired
