Responsibilities
Coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns and events, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and promotional materials.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promotional activities.
Provide excellent customer service and support during promotional events to enhance the customer experience.
