Responsibilities
Design and refine AI prompts to deliver high-quality, personalized responses for tutoring and college counseling scenarios.
Tailor prompts to maximize the functionality of ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Chatbase within our platforms.
Continuously test and optimize prompts to enhance accuracy, engagement, and relevancy for different user personas.
Collaborate with developers to seamlessly integrate ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Chatbase into CollegePass’s platforms.
Develop workflows and frameworks for real-time AI interactions in tutoring and counseling contexts.
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize AI systems for scalability and performance.
Customize AI-driven interactions to address diverse academic subjects and counseling needs, ensuring relevance across global markets.
Work with subject matter experts and counselors to develop specialized use cases for student engagement and problem-solving.
Partner with counselors, tutors, and technical teams to gather feedback and refine AI capabilities.
Train team members on leveraging AI tools effectively for enhanced student experiences.
Implement ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, data security, and cultural sensitivities.
Regularly audit AI-generated outputs to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and alignment with CollegePass values.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2+ years of experience in AI integration, prompt engineering, or NLP roles.
Expertise with generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Chatbase.
Strong programming skills (Python preferred) for API integration and automation.
Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
Preferred
Experience in EdTech, tutoring, or college counseling systems.
Familiarity with the college admissions process and its requirements.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adaptive learning technologies.
