Responsibilities

Develop and optimize prompts for various AI applications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in eliciting desired outputs.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune AI models based on prompt performance metrics.

Conduct experiments to evaluate and iterate on prompt strategies, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.

Work closely with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into actionable prompt strategies.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.

Document best practices and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required

Proven experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or a related area.

Familiarity with prompt engineering frameworks and tools (e.g., Google Dialog Flow CX).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

Experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
