Responsibilities

Performing a technical review of personal property tax renditions and work papers with attention to multistate tax issues such as reviewing manage classifications, prepare high-level reconciliation of costs reported on personal property renditions, confirm costs are flowing to proper place on personal property renditions, update annual property tax calendar(s).

If needed, assisting in tax notice and bill management, including running reports from PTMS, obtaining missing assessment notices and tax bills and loading tax bills into Anybill for processing and payment.

Experience in OneSource, GoSystems and/or similar tax software and a strong interest in learning new technology
