Responsibilities
Accurately scoping problem to understand business challenges and offering effective solutions that may include one or more of the following: user training, system changes, business process improvements, existing application functionality and technical SQL or C# solutions.
Training users in P21.
Providing technical support and issue resolution for clients using P21.
Assisting project teams with P21 implementation.

Required
Epicor Prophet 21 'super-user' or administrator experience (ideally 3-4 years)
Distribution environment experience OR P21 consulting experience
Working knowledge of P21 with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
Intermediate to advanced SQL ability
Strong background in process review and design
Experienced in project management
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Outstanding virtual and in-person verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance, or other related field
Experience with WWMS or similar warehouse management systems
C# ability
Experience with Crystal Reports, API, and/or third-party integration
