Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposal submissions across all business segments, from initial research to project management and content gathering to final submission.

Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, focusing on the value proposition, benefits, and solutions our organization can offer.

Customize proposals to suit each prospect’s unique needs and preferences while maintaining brand consistency.

Lead content programming for the Sales Enablement team, which may include sales support for presentations, collateral development, and internal communications.

Support the growth of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Implement and manage processes to ensure accurate, quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, vendor profile systems, and sales-related questionnaires.

Create and maintain content for an internal knowledge base that houses data organized by the needs of each customer type, and ensure alignment across the organization.

Communicate and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as part of the project management process.

Required

Bachelor’s degree

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leading meetings and owning projects

Detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills

Experience in the healthcare benefits industry

Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Self-Starter: The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. They should be motivated to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
