Responsibilities

Manage complex or multi-site opportunities to ensure that study inquiries are processed, and responses are returned in a timely manner.

Participate in discussions regarding project timing and scope.

Confirm scheduling and technical capabilities with operational leaders.

Maintain and track client quotes and change order requests.

Collaborate with the sales team and senior CX team members to review the proposal with the client and adjust the scope as needed.

Facilitate quote revisions and update the proposal package when requested.

Request quotes for subcontracted services.

Work with the CX Contracts team to maintain and update client confidentiality agreements.

Attend and support scientific discussions with the customer, Study Director, and scientific and regulatory experts to determine experimental design.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer-specific information to ensure the correct account contract wording, terms and conditions are applied, including agreed-upon benchmark prices, milestones, and study designs where applicable.

Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management.

Perform other duties as assigned.
