Responsibilities

Lead the proposal efforts for CRM clients throughout NA.

Lead proposal strategy discussions and kick-off meetings for large pursuits and ensuring strategic win themes are effectively incorporated throughout the proposal.

Facilitate and lead Go/No Go, proposal strategy discussions, kick-off meetings and ensure strategies, win themes, and value propositions are effectively incorporated throughout the proposal.

Drive development and manages proposal team (technical leader, marketing coordinator, graphics, etc.).

Collaborate with team in the development of various proposal sections including Management, Personnel, Executive Summaries, and/or other Volumes as assigned.

Facilitate Pink, Red team, and other reviews.

Facilitate production and delivery of finished product, while complying with all RFP requirements

Lead interview strategy discussions.

Manage the interview development and production process from start to finish.

Facilitate proposal debrief and lessons learned discussions.

Required

Bachelor or Master’s degree in English, Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related major

Minimum 5 years of experience leading the proposal process from pre-positioning phases through interview and driving teams to develop compliant and competitive bids for an engineering, construction or professional services organization

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign

Understanding of marketing techniques (i.e. layout, graphics, strategy-to-win)

Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently

Ability to manage and work effortlessly with Technical Leaders in any market and service line

Proven leadership and strategy development skills

Confident personality with the ability to think strategically and help teams develop sound marketing, pursuit and proposal strategies

Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines
