Responsibilities

Read, review, analyze, and interpret requests for information, requests for proposals, statements of work and objectives of solicitations to develop proposal strategies and plans of action.
Coordinate company resources to support the development of proposals and maintain proposal schedules.
Remain fully informed at all times of solicitation requirements and ensure compliance with all proposal instructions.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the proposal process, supporting tools, templates, artifacts, and knowledge management platforms.
Edit, proof, format and provide visualizations for proposals.
Write, proofread, edit content and other materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency of documents.
Conduct/Attend proposal progress status meetings, customer meetings, information sessions and 'Color Team' reviews necessary to complete project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, cost estimating standards, FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirements, as well as any relevant government regulations.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Business Development, Accounting, Finance, Human Capital, Marketing, and Contracts), and Program Managers on specific proposals and contract processes.
Support proposal teams in analyzing and preparing price estimates and cost strategies.
Fully understand and interpret solicitation requirements for multiple types of contracts (CPFF, CPAF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ task order, GSA schedules).

Required

5 years of federal government contracts proposal management, capture management and business development.
Experience with managing, developing, writing and editing technical and cost narratives for proposal submission.
US Citizenship Required.
Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
Knowledgeable with federal procurement processes and experienced preparing full proposals and qualification packages across federal government agencies.
Demonstrated experience organizing proposal materials, rapidly assimilating information, and providing guidance and direction within proposal teams.
Exceptionally talented at working with internal technical and cost support personnel, subcontractors and teaming partners.
Understanding of the operations and logistics of proposal writing.
Strong leadership, interpersonal relationship, and team management skills.
Detail oriented, working within deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and other relevant applications, and proposal development software programs.
Ability to communicate, collaborate and work in a professional manner with individuals throughout all levels of the organization.
Customer Service driven towards all external and internal customers.
Unwavering professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive company/employee information.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing growth environment.

Master’s degree preferred.
Project Management Certification preferred.
