Responsibilities
Write, edit, and deliver high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for data center solutions and power systems
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather technical details and client-specific requirements
Ensure proposals are tailored to each client’s needs, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and standard responses for efficiency and consistency
Research and incorporate industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions into proposal content
Proofread and format proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
Manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, ensuring all proposals are submitted on time
Provide support for presentations, marketing materials, and other client-facing documents
Monitor and evaluate the success of submitted proposals, gathering feedback to refine processes

Required
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in data centers, power systems, or critical infrastructure industries
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail
Familiarity with RFP processes and the ability to manage complex proposal workflows
Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, power systems, or related fields is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
