Responsibilities
Update existing content and related data according to editorial and style guides
Execute content quality improvement projects
Actively participate in identifying and implementing process improvements
Contribute to team standups and discussions
Effectively and efficiently use content and project management tools
Attend and contribute to team stand ups and discussions

Required
Experience in a writing/editing environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent language skills (especially grammar, editing, and writing) and research skills
Bachelor’s degree in progress
Preferred
Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style (17th ed.) and MLA Handbook (9th ed.)
Familiarity with productivity platforms like Microsoft Teams and Monday.com
Ability to accomplish a variety of tasks according to defined guidelines
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to proactively identify and communicate ideas for improvement
Undergraduate field of study: English, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts or related field
