Responsibilities
Administer the installation of assigned provider accounts.
Perform set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials.
Provide support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern.
Understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
Make decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follow direction.
Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required
Prior experience in an analytical administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Access and Excel
Prior health care industry experience in the areas of contracting or operations
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Associate's or higher level degree or strong experience working with provider contracts
