Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.
Analyze provider performance data (quality metrics, cost savings, patient outcomes) and provide actionable recommendations to enhance VBC outcomes.
Provide direct support to providers and serve as VBC expert.
Leverage clinical expertise to drive provider conversations and opportunity analysis.
Educate providers on VBC models, payer expectations, and performance benchmarks, ensuring they understand how to achieve and sustain success.
Develop and present regular performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers to ensure long-term collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
Gather provider feedback and work with internal teams to enhance tools, resources, and processes that support provider performance.

Required
Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure.
Strong ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics, with a solid understanding of value-based care models.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare consulting, or provider performance improvement.
Familiarity with VBC metrics, including quality measures, cost savings, patient outcomes, and payer expectations (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS, ACOs).
Proven ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance provider performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare providers.
Proficient with healthcare technology systems (EHRs, performance dashboards) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
Experience working in a value-based care organization or accountable care organization (ACO).
Previous experience in healthcare consulting or quality improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with payer-provider contract structures and performance incentives in VBC models.
