Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers
Provide reports for annual projects and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct primary source verification on applicants and manage confidential files
Act as a liaison with providers to resolve credentialing issues and ensure accurate data entry
Monitor practitioners for quality and safety issues, participating in the provider term letter process as needed

Required
Associate’s degree required
Minimum of two years of experience with physician and/or organizational credentialing processes
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced technical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong time-management skills with a high degree of accuracy and dependability
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
