Responsibilities
Supports provider recruitment and plays a critical role in hiring essential providers, including critical, visible, and difficult to fill positions throughout the Munson Healthcare system.
Ensures a superior candidate experience and serves as an advisor to hiring stakeholders, including lead physicians, Chief Medical Officers, Practice and Senior Leadership.
Develops long term relations for current and future provider needs.
Supports and advises regarding strategic initiatives, partnerships, and best practices across the talent acquisition function.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public/community relations, or health related field.
Two years of work experience in recruitment, physician relations, marketing, business, public/community relations, or health related fields.
Certification as a Physician Recruiter or willingness to achieve in a timely manner required.
