Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of components of public health projects, policies, or program operations.
Assist higher graded employees in providing technical advice/assistance, performing policy research, and developing reports related to public health programs.

Required
At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of components of projects, policy, or program operations related to public health
PhD in Public Health or other field of study with coursework directly related to the work of the position, or equivalent doctoral degree
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M, if related
Combination of education and specialized experience that together meets 100% of the qualification requirement for this position
At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, assisting higher graded employees with providing technical advice/assistance, performing policy research, and developing reports related to public health programs
