Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cutting-edge PR strategy that positions October Three as the go-to thought leader in their field.

Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts.

Partner with the content marketing team to transform complex consulting concepts into seamless, consistent messaging.

Analyze competitor activities and market shifts to provide strategic recommendations.

Develop and implement KPIs to measure the impact of the company’s PR efforts.

Manage crisis communications.

Required

5-10 years of experience in public and media relations, preferably in the B2B or consulting space

Exceptional pitch writing, content writing, and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences

Familiarity with PR software

Experience with crisis communications

Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies

Strong analytical skills with market intelligence reporting and monitoring tools experience

Ability to media train executives and serve as the bridge between technical experts and the media

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, or related field

Ability to provide a portfolio of writing samples

Preferred

Experience working in the healthcare, financial, utilities, energy, or insurance industries
