Responsibilities
Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media contacts.
Develop and manage crisis communication plans, prepare statements, and handle media inquiries during crises.
Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials.
Plan and coordinate PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media tours.
Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across all communication channels.
Track media coverage and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Work closely with marketing, advertising, and executive teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and protect the company’s brand and reputation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven track record of successful media relations and crisis management.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Familiarity with media monitoring and analysis tools.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations
Preferred
Experience in MarTech and AdTech greatly preferred.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
