Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans administered by on-site Respiratory Therapists with a wide range of respiratory therapy treatments including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and other advanced modalities as prescribed. Regularly review and adjust plans based on patient progress and changing conditions.

Assess acute changes in patients' conditions identified by Circadia Technology and Circadia respiratory therapist through chart review and live A/V tele-assessment.

Work collaboratively with Respiratory Therapists, Skilled Nursing physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Maintain and review detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, progress notes, and any changes in condition. Ensure all records are compliant with facility policies and regulatory standards.
