Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers in your territory.
You will provide advanced troubleshooting and facilitate pump repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
You will deliver technical training sessions to customers, focusing on proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LEWA and Nikkiso products.
You will coordinate with authorized service centers in the region, building close relationships with service personnel to ensure seamless repairs and support.
You will own the revenue growth for your territory through repairs, spare parts sales, and customer training initiatives.
You will develop and execute a strategic plan to engage customers who have not purchased spare parts for their assets.
You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory, driving aftermarket sales and service revenue.
You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor by consistently delivering technical value and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will build strong, lasting relationships with customers, helping them understand the benefits of LEWA’s products and services for their long-term operational success.
You will act as the liaison between the customer and LEWA’s internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
