Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including calendar management, arranging calls, booking travel, coordinating meetings/events, and submitting expense reports.
Assist in developing presentations, emails, and surveys using Microsoft Office Suite & Canva.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of senior executives as needed.
Organize, prepare, coordinate, and run meetings, including gathering information/documents and summarizing meeting notes.
Research and provide analysis on PX initiatives and projects.
Maintain updates on key projects and initiatives, manage team communications channels, and develop relationships with other executive assistants.
Organize office area, assist in planning meetings/events, and handle ad hoc projects.
Must be available evenings and occasional weekends, required in-office a minimum of 4 days a week.

Required
Must have at least 4-6 years of executive assistant experience reporting to a senior-level executive.
Extremely organized and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. Ability to move between different tasks and prioritize effectively.
Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technology skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including ability to work with both PC and Mac programs.
Must have the ability to think independently, be pro-active and take action without supervision, create and develop ideas that lead to positive change or improvements as well as the ability to solve a variety of problems.
Strong project coordination skills required.
Must demonstrate the qualities of being a team player.
Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities as well as in the work environment.
Passionate and a keen interest of the People function essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
Proactive, flexible and a good decision-making ability.
Preferred
Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite and project management tools a plus.
