Responsibilities
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Implement and manage ML workflows in Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Leverage large language models (LLMs) for applications, including natural language processing, as needed.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Design and maintain data pipelines for cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
Optimize data processing workflows and ML algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code.
Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and hyperparameter tuning to enhance model performance.

Required
Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
Expertise in SQL.
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
Knowledge of data security practices and compliance.
Ability to lead, setup, plan, and execute on work rather than just completing tasks assigned to them.
Have ability to work on multiple projects at once.
You have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to follow through.
You can iterate and ship ideas quickly, with loose (at best) direction.
You have a focus for pixel-level perfection when implementing designs created by your team.
You are comfortable both giving and receiving feedback.
You’re able to manage and track time responsibly.
You have a willingness to learn new technologies as the industry changes.
Preferred
Familiarity with Apache Spark (Python) and Ray is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Databricks is desirable.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
Experience with LLMs for NLP or similar tasks is preferred.
