Responsibilities

Manual Testing: Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features.

Test Case Development: Create detailed, well-organized test cases and execute them to verify the functionality of the product.

Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and design to review project requirements, provide input during the testing phase, and ensure alignment on quality expectations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results. Ensure clear and consistent documentation for stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights to enhance testing processes, documentation standards, and workflows. Advocate for quality in every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Research & Compliance: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for software testing

Required

1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably working with healthcare-related software, particularly in rehab therapy or similar domains

Solid experience with manual testing techniques such as functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing

Strong documentation skills for writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports

Exceptional ability to identify issues and inconsistencies in software and provide actionable feedback

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to shifting priorities
