Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts, including test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.

Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.

Participate in or hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.

Identify any potential quality issues per the defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.

Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required

Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

4+ years of QA or related technical experience

4+ years of experience working on full-lifecycle software development projects

Demonstrated experience working as part of a Scrum team

Experience with defect-tracking tools

Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications

Ability to create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases

Liaison with development, project management, and customer support

Excellent communication and team skills

Problem-Solving

Attention to Detail

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required

Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
