Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for software applications.
Work with QA team to identify testing needs and create test plans.
Collaborate with development teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure testability and automation feasibility.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
Troubleshoot automation issues and debug tests.
Analyze test results and report defects to development teams.
Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation.
Make decisions in day-to-day operations, proactively raising issues with managers when necessary.

Required
6+ years of experience in the field of IT with focus Automation testing
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium
Good Knowledge of developing Java in Selenium Web-driver & Experience in Designing and executing the automation scripts using Selenium-WebDriver
Experience in API testing and using performance test tools such as JMeter
A keen analyst with thorough understanding of requirements, translating them into test cases and driving their execution
Good experience on web applications testing
Professional experience in deriving the Test Scenarios and designing the test cases
Experience in generating test data and preparing weekly status reports, Test Estimation
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines individually or as a team
Experience in writing SQL complex queries (MS SQL Server, Oracle), Database testing
Strong troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
Ensuring timely delivery and timely communication of status reports and test reports to Business team
