Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Create, update, and optimize test scripts using various automation tools and frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage for different software functionalities.

Perform Test Automation Framework Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks that support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Execute Automated Test Suites: Run automated test suites on different platforms and devices, analyze the results, and identify issues to ensure the software meets the required quality standards.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that the testing processes align with project objectives and timelines.

Monitor and Report Test Results: Track and document test results, report defects, and provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Required

4+ years’ experience in Test Automation Development in SDET or Automation Engineer role.

Proficiency in Automation Tools and Frameworks: Expertise in tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar for developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

Strong Programming Skills: Solid knowledge of programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript to create and manage automation scripts and frameworks.

Experience with CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps to integrate automated tests into the development pipeline.

Understanding of Testing Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose issues, understand complex software systems, and effectively communicate test results and potential solutions.
