Responsibilities

Conduct extensive manual quality assurance testing for web applications and Salesforce implementations.

Develop, execute, and maintain QA automation scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Mocha, and Postman.

Review and analyze git commits and pull requests to ensure coding standards and quality.

Monitor and analyze logs using AWS CloudWatch, BugSnag, and SonarCloud to identify and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards within an Agile framework.

Utilize Jira and Confluence to document test cases, track bugs, and communicate effectively with the team.

Develop and maintain documentation to support quality assurance processes and frameworks.

Required

Extensive experience with manual QA for both web applications and Salesforce environments.

Proficiency with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Mocha, PlayWrite and Postman.

Experience in reviewing git commits and pull requests for code quality and integrity.

Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch logs, BugSnag, and SonarCloud for monitoring and debugging.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other standard project management tools.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field experience.

ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

Experience in performance testing and security testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab and/or BitBucket pipelines.

Knowledge of additional monitoring tools and frameworks.
