Responsibilities

Implement. Identify and propose QA best practices tailored to the Jostens Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Coordinate. Manage and oversee large concurrent testing efforts, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project goals.

Design. Create comprehensive testing strategies, schedules, and estimates of testing efforts while collaborating with project and support resources.

Execute. Take on multiple roles, including Test Lead, active tester, or Business Analyst, as needed to support project success.

Measure. Develop and manage quality assurance metrics to provide leadership with a clear view of the quality levels of applications and projects.

Guide. Offer expertise and direction to project teams on QA methodologies and testing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required

A BA/BS degree in an analytical discipline.

Over 5 years operating as a Test Lead and at least 8 years of total testing experience, including creating and executing defined test scenarios, test plans, and test cases.

A strong track record of successfully performing testing activities for Rich Internet Applications and in-depth knowledge of Agile development best practices.

Experience writing test scenarios for products with complex features, options, or product configurators, along with proficiency in both manual and automated testing.

Strong understanding of system testing best practices and methodologies.
