Responsibilities
Lead the test planning and execution process for platform enhancements and new capabilities, ensuring all testing activities align with project timelines and objectives.
Leverage expert knowledge of various testing types (unit, integration, system testing) to design comprehensive test strategies that cover all aspects of the software.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test strategies, test scripts, and test procedures. Conduct ambiguity reviews to ensure clarity in testing requirements and expected results.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring testing aligns with Agile principles and practices.
Utilize testing tools such as Octane/ALM and Jira for tracking defects and managing testing workflows effectively.
Perform hands-on testing using APIs and file processing, particularly with MongoDB and Splunk. Utilize Postman for API testing to ensure functionality and performance.
Apply working experience with credit systems, loyalty platforms, and vendor management processes to enhance testing effectiveness and accuracy.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
Master-level knowledge of test plans, test strategies, and test execution.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Proficiency in testing tools such as Octane/ALM and Jira.
Hands-on experience with API testing, MongoDB, Splunk, and Postman.
Familiarity with credit systems and loyalty platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and excellence.
Preferred
Experience with Financial and Banking domain.
