Responsibilities
Design, implement, and execute test strategies for the CXOne Customer Experience Platform.
Develop and execute test cases and scripts (manual and automated) using Java and Selenium.
Perform UI automation, backend testing, and testing of REST APIs & Web Services.
Lead offshore teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Monitor testing progress, identify issues, and work on mitigation plans.
Mentor and coach junior QA Engineers.

Required
BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
8+ years of software QA experience
Strong expertise in UI automation and backend testing
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, SOAP/XML, SQL
Experience with QA tools such as ALM, Jira
Excellent analytical skills and technical background in distributed development environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience with Agile development and continuous integration
CXOne experience required
Preferred
Extensive experience with cross-browser testing, compatibility testing, and mobile device testing
Strong people management and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment and work independently
