Responsibilities
Create, execute, and maintain manual test plans and cases in an Agile environment.
Develop, execute, and maintain Tosca automated test scripts.
Perform web service, API, mobile, and batch testing.
Develop an overall test strategy tailored to project-specific challenges.
Conduct risk-based analysis to prioritize testing areas.
Collaborate with project teams to create meaningful functional and automated tests.
Build test cases using requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Apply varied test design techniques to create test scenarios.
Work closely with developers and business partners to improve quality outcomes.
Analyze test results to refine test cases and provide actionable data.

Required
Strong experience in both automated and manual testing.
Proficiency in Tosca Test Automation.
Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools: qTest or similar.
Hands-on experience with API Testing: Postman or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with SQL: Ability to create complex queries.
Hands-on experience with Document Testing Tools.
Hands-on experience with EDI or HIPAA File Testing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Testing.
Proficiency in common test automation frameworks and related technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Eclipse, Maven, JUnit, Jenkins).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of software testing experience.
Preferred
Experience with qTest for test case management.
Familiarity with Tosca’s Vision AI functionality.
Knowledge of Playwright automation.
Industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
Experience with Salesforce.
