Responsibilities
Review web designs in Figma to ensure they meet client requirements and are aligned with best practices in UX/UI design.
Validate that designs are accurately translated into functioning web pages, ensuring pixel-perfect development.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of web pages, including functionality, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and design consistency.
Ensure WordPress websites are built according to the approved designs, including custom themes and plugin integrations.
Test front-end elements developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for performance, visual accuracy, and functionality.
Verify the implementation of API integrations, AI integrations, and chatbot functionalities to ensure correct data flow and performance.
Test e-commerce functionality on Shopify sites, checking for proper payment processing, product display, and user experience.
Validate the Gravity Forms and Go High Level integrations to ensure form data is captured and processed correctly.
Collaborate with the development team to perform speed optimization checks using GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.
Ensure that all site elements, including headers, footers, sidebars, and forms, are functional across multiple browsers and devices.
Verify that 404 error pages and site architecture adhere to the approved design and development structure.
Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, or errors in the design and development process using project management tools like ClickUp.
Track task progress and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Required
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist or similar role in web development projects.
Expertise in reviewing WordPress websites, custom themes, and plugins.
Familiarity with Elementor and other page builders for design validation.
Experience with Figma and the ability to compare designs to actual builds.
Knowledge of Shopify, including its e-commerce features, themes, and payment integrations.
Experience in testing AI integrations, chatbots, and API integrations.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in design-to-development accuracy.
Experience using ClickUp or other project management tools for task tracking and collaboration.
Strong understanding of cross-browser testing and responsive design best practices.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, site speed optimization, and tools like GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.
Ability to communicate issues and findings clearly with developers and project managers.
Preferred
Familiarity with PHP and frameworks like Laravel for backend code reviews.
Familiarity with server-side technologies like Node.js or Python for QA testing.
Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance validation.
