Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting quality assessments in owned and franchised restaurants to ensure compliance with Campero standards.

Manage corrective/preventive action plans within the assigned markets.

Collaborate with Operational Services to validate new processes and menu items according to quality standards.

Conduct vendor and supplier audits to ensure compliance with Campero standards.

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

Stay informed about local and federal regulations in all operating states.

Execute, report, and follow up on QA certifications for store openings.

Ensure operational compliance with HACCP/ROP program, Food Safety, and Brand Standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ensure local market compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required

Bachelor's degree and applied equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, Industrial Engineering

Minimum two years of Food Safety, QA/QC experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, focusing on food production performance enhancement, continuous improvement & vendor certification programs

Having knowledge and certification of HACCP Concepts and quality systems is a must

ServSafe® Certified or equivalent

Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field

Bilingual English/Spanish required

This position requires travel up to 70% of the time and requires a flexible schedule
