Test mortgage loan origination software for functionality & accuracy
Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information
Any other duties as assigned

Required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Manual Tester, experience with LOS software or Banking software preferred
Requires some experience with automation, preferably exposure to Selenium and JavaScript
Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manually translate Functional Requirement Documents into test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
2+ year of experience in Software Quality Assurance preferred
Must have experience with XML, with ability to read and modify XML files
Strong experience with MS Excel
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Proven ability to write test cases/test scenarios and execute them
Experience with regression, unit and manual testing
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Works well with others or individuality
Be extremely responsible and dependable
Good attendance and punctuality record
Ability to follow written instructions and be a team player
Work in a high-stress environment to meet deadlines
Possess excellent organizational, time-management, and creative thinking skills
Have good listening skills, communicate clearly and concisely internally/externally
Have excellent follow-thru and follow-up
