Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Masterfile systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing of Masterfile applications.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to understand system requirements and identify testing needs.

Conduct thorough defect tracking, reporting, and retesting to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and standards during testing activities.

Document test results and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production deployment validations.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of [X years, e.g., 3–5 years] experience in software testing, with a focus on Masterfile systems.

Familiarity with federal IT environments, standards, and compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent test management software.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

Experience with automated testing frameworks.

Knowledge of federal data security and privacy regulations.

Previous experience with Masterfile systems in healthcare, finance, or government domains.
