Responsibilities
Work with various teams within the company to ensure compliance with service documentation targets.
Evaluate service records against expected standards across a complex product portfolio.
Utilize technical awareness to assess technical steps taken in service records.
Follow service workflows to identify accountable groups and individuals when gaps are found.
Initiate remediation of service records or generate customer complaints for identified gaps.
Utilize MS Excel for analytics and reporting on failures with recommendations for improvement.
Communicate with different teams to gather additional data when necessary.
Provide input for procedural edits to enhance improvements and streamlining.
Complete records accurately and in a timely manner within documentation systems.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Participate in problem-solving and CAPA teams to ensure timely improvements.
Perform monitoring reporting to track performance levels against targets.
Develop and deliver MS Power Point presentations to stakeholders and local service teams on compliance levels and areas for improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in field with 0-2 years exp. Quality or Service related IT, Audit, Field Engineer, Biomed.
Ability to follow up effectively
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Robust documentation and strict adherence to approved procedures
Work with a variety of people and roles within the company
Utilize MS Excel analytics to provide service leadership with reporting
Communicate effectively with Customer Technical Specialists, Field Service & Application Engineers
Complete all needed records in a timely and accurate manner within the service management and documentation systems
