Facilitate the optimization, creation, and delivery of assays, antibodies and reagents to clients
Serves as lead scientist and SME for NGS activities
Communicate project status to lab, project, and CRO leadership
Implement and innovate SOPs

Required
5+ years scientific experience with people management responsibilities
Process-improvement mindset
Understanding of NGS (next gen sequencing) and prior GMP-regulated bench experience a must
Ability to manage deviations/investigation, CAPAs and change control processes
BS in biology or related field
