Responsibilities
These positions will be responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas, specifically to support the implementation of Commercial LOBs into QNXT
These Business Analysts will serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices

Required
QNXT configuration experience on the commercial side (6+ years ideally)
High degree of operational knowledge within at least one of the following areas: Claims / Encounters, Provider/Network, Clinical, Customer Service, Digital, Enrollment, Finance, Sales & Benefits, or Data Migration
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
Strong background in project implementations, requirements gathering & documentation, testing, Operations functions, QNXT, Commercial LOBs, communication
Strong work ethic
